Novice

Junior (ages 8 to 16)

1.       One entry in each class.

2.       All exhibits must be canned in previous year.

3.       Use standard canning jars with lids and rings.

4.       When necessary jars will be opened for judging

5.       Label jars with date, product and special ingredients.

6.       No artificial coloring in all pickles

7.       Jams and Jellies must be sealed with lids.
