Department Rules:
1.
Exhibitors
are limited to one entry per class.
2.
All
entrees must be accompanied by information on a 3 x 5 cards or
paper showing the
genealogical connection to the exhibitor.
3.
Information
on the card should include names and dates to show the
value of genealogical
exhibit.
4.
Put
names and dates on all pictures.
5.
Copies
of photos and documents are permitted.
6.
Ribbons
will be awarded on genealogical value, not on the basis
of
age.
7.
Committee
members reserve the right to reclassify exhibits if necessary.
8.
Falsification
of an entry will result in forfeiture of ribbon and
premium money.
9.
Diligence
will be used to insure the safety of articles after their arrival
and placement; however,
committee members will nor be responsible
for any loss or damage that
could occur.
