Funeral services were held this (Thursday) morning at 10:30 at the Church of the Japanese Martyrs in Leavenworth for Mrs. John Hillesheim, 52, who passed away Monday following a long illness. Rev. William Michel officiated. Burial was made in the cemetery at Leavenworth.
Deceased, nee Bertha Sellner, was born in Albin township April 30, 1890, and was united in marriage to her surviving husband June 6, 1911.
Besides her husband she is survived by six children, namely, Mrs. Mike Treml, Mrs. Herman Mathiowetz, Edmund, Mrs. Sylvester Helget, all of Leavenworth, James of Buffalo, New York, and Florence at home.
