Puppy Tales!
Hello All,
I wanted to let you know how
the puppies are doing that we
adopted 3 weeks ago on Friday. (Feb. 2002) We adopted the last 2
of the litter of 6 females that you had. I'm not sure of the names
that our 2 had, (Opal and Emerald?) but we love them so much.
(sister's story at Stella and Pepsi)
My sister Tracy and her husband took the white one and we have the
dark faced one. They are able to see one another often and each
has already put on 10 pounds! They are both intelligent (ours has
already been potty trained, and alerts us when she needs to go) and have
really brought such joy into both households. I am sorry to say that
they are both spoiled rotten but then we wouldn't have it any other way.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I am so glad that I spotted them on the web site.
We will send a picture of the both of them in a month or so.

Hello!
My name is Tracy Brownrigg. My
husband and I adopted the shepherd
lab mix that you called Opal. The reason I am writing, is to give
you a progress report, and to ask about her parents.
First of all, my husband named her "Chyna".
When we got her on Feb 8th,
she weighed 5.5 pounds. As of yesterday,
(3/4) when she was at the vet,
her weight was 18.4! She is a beautiful dog
with a beautiful personality.
People go nuts over her because she is so friendly
with people. She is curious
and likes to play with other dogs. We have
her enrolled in puppy class,
and even gets a little jealous when the attention
is on another dog.
I have had several people say they think she has
Australian shepherd in her.
I am curious to know any info on her parents
like size, breeds, etc...
Chyna has definitely become a big part of our
lives. We feel so lucky to
have her! The vet will not even wager a guess
as to how big she will get.
Any info on her parents, we would love to know.
Thanks,
Tracy Brownrigg

The pups are doing wonderful
and are such a joy to have around.
We can't imagine our life with out them. They see each
other pretty regularly, and of course they are still spoiled rotten.
Thanks for giving us the wonderful
gift of love
they have brought to our lives..

Hello to all you great people at
BCHS. My sister and I wanted
to send you a quick update on the 2 puppies that we adopted last
Feb. 2002. They are both doing great and they continue to see
each other 2 or 3 times a week for "puppy play dates" and
"sleep-overs". They are a big part of each others lives and of
course our lives.
Thanks again for the gift of Love!
